iPhone 4 Jailbreak iOS 4.2.1 while preserving older Baseband 1.59.00

Only for all the iPhone 4 users who are waiting to jailbreak their device on the latest firmware 4.2.1 while preserving their older baseband on 1.59.00, here's how to do it.

Note: remember to always take backups before doing an restore

Step 1: Once notepad opens, select Open from the File menu then navigate to C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\ and open the hosts file

Step 2: Now add 74.208.105.171 gs.apple.com to end of the file as shown below. Put a "#" to comment out if you have already got other servers on the hosts file

Step 3: Connect your iPhone 4 and do a restore using the downloaded original 4.2.1 firmware

Step 4: Now it will throw 1013 error. it indicates that you have restored it successfully

Step 5: It will be stuck on iTunes connect logo screen. Use Tiny Umberlla to exit out of recovery mode

Step 6:  Do an official activation using Subscriber artificial module (SAM). http://www.bingner.com/SAM.html
which may help the battery drain issue

Step 7: That's all. use ultrasn0w 1.2 to carrier unlock your iPhone 4(s)
