Note: remember to always take backups before doing an restore
Step 1: Once notepad opens, select Open from the File menu then navigate to C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\ and open the hosts file
Step 2: Now add 74.208.105.171 gs.apple.com to end of the file as shown below. Put a "#" to comment out if you have already got other servers on the hosts file

Step 7: That's all. use ultrasn0w 1.2 to carrier unlock your iPhone 4(s)
