Note: If your iPhone relies on a carrier unlock, you must use Sn0wbreeze 2.7 which will help retain the old baseband for iPhone 4 and 3GS users so that they can be unlocked using Ultrasn0w.
Important: Sn0wbreeze will NOT update the baseband, and it NEVER will
Note: Ultrasn0w 1.2.3 has been released and is compatible with iOS 4.3.3 on iPhone 4/ 3GS running old baseband. This release will only fix the compatibility issues with the latest iOS 4.3.3 which has been jailbroken. (compatible basebands: 01.59.00 / 04.26.08 / 05.11.07 / 05.12.01 / 05.13.04 / 06.15.00).
Step 1: First, download all the required tools and files to your Windows
- Download and install iTunes 10.2.2 for Windows.
- Download Sn0wbreeze 2.7 for Windows.
- Download iOS 4.3.3 for iPhone, iPad or iPod touch.
- Baseband Preservation Mode: This mode ONLY preserves the iPhone’s baseband. It does not Jailbreak or Unlock the actual device. All other modes still do preserve the baseband.
- Simple Mode: Recommended for people that dont know what to add. Simple Mode adds Cydia, afc2, SSH for Apple TV, and other recommended stuff automatically.
- Expert Mode: Expert Mode lets you have all customizing options at your disposal Such as custom boot logos, root partition size, installer options and unlocks.

- Hold Power and Home buttons for 10 seconds
- Now release the Power button but continue holding the Home button for 10 more seconds
- You device should now be in DFU mode
Step 8: Without clicking the OK button on iReb → Start iTunes, click on your iOS device icon from the sidebar in iTunes. Now press and hold Left “Shift” button on the keyboard and then click on “Restore” (Not “Update” or “Check for Update”) button in iTunes and then release this button.
Step 9: Now iTunes does the rest for you. Just wait while iTunes installs the requested firmware on your iOS device. Once done, it will reboot automatically. After the installation is done, your iOS device will be jailbroken on iOS 4.3.3.
